This is a fantastic, spacious RV that could easily serve as a comfortable full-time home for one or two people. I am reluctantly selling it due to my wife's progressing dementia; she simply no longer enjoys getting out as she used to, and I know her health will not improve. I don't have to sell it, and honestly don't want to, but it is the right thing to do.
We have taken great care of this camper. It has absolutely no leaks, and everything works exactly as it should. As long as we have owned it, it has been smoke-free with no regular pets.
I want to be entirely upfront about its condition: the vinyl flooring could use replacing, and the center countertop was previously broken but has been securely glued and works perfectly. Neither of these blemishes bothers me. On the plus side, it features a wonderful walk-in closet, and I upgraded the factory water heater to a tankless system, which is a massive improvement. Tires were replaced about 18 months ago.
I am including many valuable extras so it is ready to hit the road, including a Weight Distribution Hitch & Sway Control, leveler pads, and various extra RV parts. A separate instant ice maker.
It pulls fine with my Ram 1500.
